ROSWELL GEORGIA REAL ESTATE

             Roswell Georgia is located in North Fulton County and as of the 2005 census has a population of about 85,920. In the mid 1830 Roswell King built a cotton mill became one of the largest in North Georgia until the 1860’s.

            Roswell was originally part of Cobb County until it became incorporated in 1854. During the Civil War the city was captured by Union forces and the mill burned.

            In 1931 Roswell was ceded to Fulton County by Cobb County. Roswell

has been called by CNN one of the best places to live in the United States. It is serviced by the Fulton County School System.
